2. Our Services
Bismillah Ladies Driving School provides driving lessons exclusively for female learners in Nottingham, UK.
We offer manual and automatic driving lessons, subject to availability. Our aim is to help learners develop safe driving skills, build confidence and prepare for their practical driving test.
3. Eligibility for Driving Lessons
Learners must meet the applicable UK legal requirements for driving lessons, including holding a valid provisional driving licence or other appropriate driving entitlement.
Learners are responsible for ensuring that they meet the legal requirements before starting their lessons.
4. Lesson Prices
Our standard driving lesson prices are as follows:
- 1-Hour Lesson: £37
- 2-Hour Lesson: £72
- 10-Hour Block Booking: £370
Prices may be subject to change. Any applicable price changes will be communicated before a new booking is confirmed.
5. Bookings and Payments
All driving lessons are subject to availability and confirmation.
Learners should contact us to enquire about availability, arrange lesson times and confirm payment arrangements.
Any agreed payment terms must be followed. Block bookings and advance payments, where applicable, will be confirmed at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact us as early as possible.
Any cancellation notice requirements, applicable charges or arrangements for missed lessons will be communicated when your booking is made.
We reserve the right to reschedule a lesson if circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from providing it as planned. We will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative time.
7. Learner Responsibilities
Learners are expected to:
- Arrive on time for scheduled lessons.
- Bring their valid driving licence or required documentation.
- Follow the instructor’s reasonable safety instructions.
- Behave respectfully and responsibly throughout each lesson.
- Inform the instructor of any circumstances that may affect their ability to drive safely.
Lessons may be stopped or refused if a learner’s behaviour or circumstances create a safety risk or prevent the lesson from being conducted appropriately.
8. Driving Test Preparation
We aim to help learners develop the knowledge, confidence and practical skills required for safe driving.
However, we cannot guarantee that a learner will pass their driving test. Test results depend on individual ability, preparation, performance and the assessment conducted by the relevant examiner.
9. Punctuality and Missed Lessons
Learners should arrive promptly for their scheduled lessons.
Late arrival may reduce the available lesson time where the instructor has other confirmed bookings. Any arrangements concerning missed lessons or additional charges will be communicated in advance.
10. Safety and Instructor Guidance
Safety is a priority during all driving lessons. Learners must follow the instructor’s directions and comply with applicable road traffic laws.
The instructor may end a lesson if continuing would be unsafe or inappropriate.
11. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, error-free or continuously available.
We reserve the right to update website content, services and prices, subject to applicable legal requirements and any confirmed booking arrangements.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
